The team have specialist knowledge and expertise in all areas of NHS payroll including NHS terms and conditions of service, pensions legislation, salary sacrifice arrangements and expenses.
If you have a query and need to contact the department, please have your ESR assignment number to hand as this will help us to identify your payroll record and thus answer your query more quickly. Your assignment number can be found in the top left hand corner of your payslip from us.

On behalf of host organisations, as part of the Payroll Service we provide, we are able to deduct monies for car parking and mess fees as well as pay trainees for overtime / extra duties worked at trusts within the relevant Health Education England area. If you have any queries regarding these deductions / additional payments, please contact your host trust in the first instance.
